To be able to complete the application for the home mortgage on line and to answer a few questions by phone and never seeing any of the service representative in person other than at closing. Was an awesome experience.
Because all we had to do at closing, was to sign our names. During the signing, we were always asked if we had any questions on almost every document. The time that we spent on closing, was less than an hour. That was an awesome experience....
