I would have liked to meet personally at the beginning of the process and gone over what to expect and my expectations. I would like a better explanation of what is being sent out.
Lauren does an exceptional job communicating, reaching out and keeping in touch for the best rates and steps in the refinancing process. It was a clear and smooth process from start to finish!
Lauren makes every loan seem easy. So nice to work with someone so pleasant that makes each mortgage seem easy.
