The lender had SIX weeks to complete buyer loan and had supposedly paid for a rush....but a rush never happened and the appraisal came in a week before COE. Lender did not get the CD in time to the buyer, hence missed the contract COE and caused...

Laura loves every aspect of her job; from first time home buyers to real estate investors. Additionally, she enjoys that no two days are ever alike and being challenged regularly keeps her on her toes! And, even after all this time, she truly cannot imagine doing anything else.
Laura is married with two children. Her husband has been working for the Department of Defense for close to 15 years, something that she is very proud about.
