Laura was incredibly helpful during the process, she was prompt with any answers I needed to my questions, and made sure I had enough time to gather any documents needed during the process.
Laura was professional and took the time to listen to our questions and patiently answer all of them. She returned our calls within a reasonable amount of time and gave us clear directions.
