I am elderly and need extra explanation of processes from time to time. Everyone I spoke with treated me kindly and dealt with my many questions professionally.
At times, the communication was confusing …
Example.. what income would be considered….(social security income or not) … numerous follow-up requests for information that could have been provided all together indicating some disorganization.
The communication via technology was great throughout the entire transaction. The call and voicemail from Greg saying that the loan funded was the icing on the cake. Great job Greg, Larry, and team on our first of many transactions together!...

Larry is originally from Winnipeg, Canada, and made the move to the Valley of the Sun in 1993. He started his career as a Realtor from 1993-2007. When the real estate market collapsed in 2007, he went on to pursue other ventures. Always wanting to get back into some aspect of the real estate industry, Larry started a new career as a mortgage lender. Larry’s degree in finance combined with his knowledge of real estate, allows him to understand the needs of the referring realtors, as well as his clients. When not at the office you can find Larry on the golf course, or volunteering with his therapy dog at local hospitals and senior centers.
