The whole process was quite intimidating but Larry got us through it. I feel the harder it was, the more he stepped up to make sure it wasn't too overwhelming

I liked the way he kept in touch with me and the seller's side of the transaction. Many times I don't talk to the lender when it is not my buyer. Appreciated his extra effort to include me.

The loan company was very hard to contact and took forever to complete anything causing a lot of issues and Larry went above and beyond to get everything done.

Larry went above and beyond for my buyers. He was in constant communication throughout and was able to deal with USDA hurdles and get us to the closing table.
