Lane and Whitney did a great job! I was very pleased with their attentiveness and professionalism!
We had been struggling with our credit score and lane was very helpful with telling who to go to for help. Anytime I called to ask a question he was very quick to answer or call me back. He was so great through this whole journey.
The process was easy and the web tools were very good. Too many times you are asked to submit the same information over and over in the loan process and that was not the case with the FirstBank team.
Great work in helping me with my first mortgage and refinancing.
Lane was great in keeping us updated on how the refi was coming along and notifying us what we needed to submit in what timeframe so that there were no hiccups. He also clearly spelled out our options regarding closing costs/refunds. 10/10...
