Speed up underwriting and make communication between u/w and our processors a priority. 3-4 day underwriting on a purchase to clear final conditions isn't ok.
I most enjoy working with Lance because he is always so helpful with my questions and knowing where my loans are in the underwriting process.

Have your System alert the Team when Conditions are uploaded instead of having the broker email the team. Freedom is the only lender that makes you take that step and failing to email can cost a lot of time.
Knows the guidelines and overlays. Gets things done!
