Lance is ALWAYS available and ALWAYS has any answers we need
I all, and he answers. That's half the battle. He knows the resources in which to get a deal done.
Listening skills. Underwriter named Jim tried to turn
a viable VA loan and Lance got answers and sought correct guidelines to make the transaction a reality.
Love working with Lance, he always Answers when we need him and outstanding communication theough the process!!
