Very professional and communicative. Everything was laid out so easily and the progress emails and videos were nice to follow along in the lengthy process especially for someone like me who was new to homebuying.

The process went smoothly but there were delay at some point and the fee you charged is way higher than our previous agent . So that's a disappointment to me
