The communication was amazing! All questions were always answered and clarified; Kyle did a great job at working with me and educating me through the complicated process. We had an incredible experience !
If you need to buy a house, this is the company to do that. They were very helpful on explaining the loan process and are very flexible with hours. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Our previous potential loan servicer did not communicate with us at all and we were hit with a document to sign with many words and numbers we did not understand. Kyle took us on very late in the game and got us up to speed. I am very appreciative....
