Successful completion of preapproval through close when other lenders would not take the extra time or effort.
Kyle did a great job talking us through the process and answering all our questions .

Communication was very lacking. Once communication was there, information was useful and I think he did best for me possible, but the lack of staying in touch was very frustrating and unnerving throughout the process.
