Thing went smoothly with the new house and information was very helpful. replied promptly wihen we had questions. Made the house buying process alot easier!

Kyle was excellent during the first part of the loan procedure; however, as we continued, communication became very poor. Once we officially selected them as our lender, they began sending documents without any explanation of what we were signing....
