They were very thorough with me as time progressed. Numbers were re-adjusted to fit what I needed and the time difference while being on this deployment has been tough but they were flexible with time as well.

Overall, the loan officer helped the whole way making it easy to get questions answered. As well as there was no pressure to refinance which helped it feel stress free.
