Aggressive rates and quick responses
The reason of this rating is the overall experience with Parkstone Mortgage. We went under lots of stress due to issues with the loan originator. This changed once Kristian stepped in and address those issues promptly.
Despite handling our case last minute, Kristian was very helpful and knowledgable.
She helped answer all our question and inquiries pretty quickly and guided us in making the right choices.
