You can tell right off the bat Kristi and her team have a lot of experience and the clients best interest in mind. They were all very punctual and kind and made it an easy process.
There was great communication from day one, consistent expectations, fabulous follow through, regular updates, and very timely completion with a great improvement in my interest rate. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend to everyone....
