Outstanding customer service no matter what time of day I had a question or concern.
Not having the client jumping thru hoops the final week, for reports/statements that should have been ordered long before. A lot of folks are not tech savvy, nor do most people I know keep their hard copy statements ( and ALL pages intact)....
