Everyone was helpful and kept me informed at all stages of the loan procedure. I felt like they had my back when there were problems and delays at other levels of the house buying process.

My customer and Kristi was a very good team and made this transaction great. It is nice when a loan officer can relate and provide good service to a Buyer and and the Buyer and Realtor still love the Loan officer after the closing is over.
