Kristi and team made thenloan the loan process smooth and efficient. There wasn't a lot of asking and reasking for things already provided, which has characterized some of my other home loan experiences.

We had a great experience until our loan went to underwriting; I felt like we didn't really know what was happening at that point, and had to ask a lot of questions in order to know what was going on/if we were actually in the clear for closing...
