Very happy to have Kris as our AE. She is ALWAYS available to help/assist with our needs.
Kris and her team are so responsive and have walked me through the process and any questions I have had.
Kristen and her entire team are great with communication and are available as a resource. A great partnership that we appreciate.
Kristen was responsive to my emails and concerns regarding rushing the loan approval process due to receiving documents later in the process and also with the underwriter taking time to review what was uploaded.
