Great place to work with!
Freedom is a great lender, always close on time and the system is easy to work with. Kris is an amazing rep, she is very informative and always there to help answer any questions I have. Thank you all!
Freedom can move fast and underwriting is predictable, meaning the conditions follow the guides, which is great.
The experience processing this loan was fine. However, my experience is that you steal customers once we send them to you. You are supposed to be a wholesale lender who services "MY" clients.
Kris is very knowledgeable and responsive.
Kristen is available to help and very responsive. If she doesn't have an answer she will get it for you quickly. If you need help with a file she will get you the right information so you can focus on what you do as a loan officer. Thanks Kris!...
