What should have been a simple mortgage loan turned into a stressful nightmare. Our closing was delayed 2 days because the lender "suddenly" discovered 2 days before closing that we needed an appraisal that they had told us 2 weeks earlier...

i would recommend lender to anyone looking. had some small issues due to being self employed however the lender and his team work through the issues. would recommend the lender to anyome looking
