Maybe to have known more about the non-warrantable loan .They aren't easy for any real estate company to deal with..But I would still recommend you guys.

only complaint I actually have is Korbin talk to us on in the mortgage process? About buying up buying down the percentage rate and it was never brought up again. Other than that, it was a very good thank you
