Personable attention and the willing to accommodate on our tight and odd hour schedule. The highest level of customer service available today and should the norm but in my experienceis the exception.
Kim and her team were so supportive throughout the entire approval process. This is our first home, which meant my husband and I had a plethora of questions and Kim was very patient and honest.
