Ms. Moon was extremely courteous, professional, experienced, expedient, and thorough. She was always available and always had the answers I needed to a challenging real estate transaction.
Kim was amazing through multiple changes and complexities caused by us, the borrowers. She worked and communicated extensively outside of normal business hours. Through it all, she was calm and competent. I can’t say enough about her!
