People very helpful and responsive
The people. Getting a loan involves many steps and as soon as you think you have done everything, there is more to do. Kim and her associates were professional, very helpful, and helped us get across the finish line with everything in place
Kim and her team were right there every step of way. Super responsive, there were never any doubt that everything was being handled.
Timely responses, knowledgeable about the process, friendly and polite.
Since I haven’t moved in so long, it was almost overwhelming and cumbersome at times, but Kim and her staff were excellent and courteous at all times.
Kim was always on top of things. She even responded to me after work hours after I was upset about an email I was sent from someone else at her office. Kim is very kind and easy to work with.
