My experience was wonderful. Kim help me so much getting my house refinanced and I couldn’t ask for a better person helping me with that journey. I think Fidelity Bank is number 1 in Banking.

Kim was on top of everything! She was great at explaining the benefits of differing types of loans and gave us her best recommendations. She returned emails and phone calls quickly and I believe she truly had our best interest at heart.

I felt like the UW process was a bit much considering my credit score and based on experiences with other lenders.

Kimberly was very kind and very responsive, but at an institutional level there was very little help offered to us. The goalposts moved constantly and every time a new hurdle came up, it was dumped in our lap with no effort to help solve it....
