Always great with communication. The process was much quicker than we had anticipated. The app was very helpful to see where we were in the process and what needed to be completed still.

proper communication of what to do at the start so we didn't have to rush to finish thing we were told last minute. what to do fully with the down payment and closing cost. wasn't informed till the day of how to do that process.
