    The availability of the agent to address my concerns was good but some information regarding my first loan was overlooked and I had to requalify for a new loan. But the overall experience was great.

    Hi Chantelle, I know it was hard. The condo was fully approved through Fannie, but the condo changed their insurance to a higher deducible that was not provided to us until the last minute. It had nothing to do with you, it was about the condo....
