Kim was a true professional and portrayed a sense of urgency and due diligence in completing my loan. It was an unusual set of loan parameters but Kim prevailed !! I would highly recommend her.

Lines of communication were open. All questions were answered promptly. We had a few wrinkles because of having to subordinate another loan. Kim kept us informed and made it an easy experience.
Everything went quick and seamless . I have no complaints at all . Great team that all worked together for a quick close .
