Kim gets after it and gets the job done and I don't have to "babysit" her. It makes a HUGE difference in this business! I have been looking for a good lender to team up with and I found her! Great job Kim closing both homes out on time!

The process was started in mid-August with various obstacles along the way. Kimberly was always there with affirming words and kept the process on the rails and moving forward all the way to the end of October when the loan was funded.
