Kim kept me posted about what was happening on a timely basis. She also explained everything to me. She was always very pleasant. She was a joy to work wit.

Kim explained every step in a straight forward way. She answered all my questions and stayed in touch. She was very pleasant to work with and I would definitely use her again.
