The process went smoothly, Kim and his assistant were able to answer my questions in a timely manner.
Kim is a great professional and helped me to get the loan to buy the home I wanted. He knows his business very well and made the process very smooth.
All in all, it was a good experience, but I would have loved it if my clients were explained better about the settlement statement. My closing took way longer because not of the numbers weren't accounted for.
