Kim, was really easy to work with...he held my hand and was ALWAYS available which I was honestly surprised by given he is the manager....I appreciate his calm voice because many times I wasn't calm.

Not a problem from Assurance team, they did everything possible to help me. But, the current mortgage rates, and the appraised value of the house which led to having mortgage insurance, worked against us.
