Kevin was very helpful. I was able to get in touch with him whenever I had a question or a concern.i was very satisfied with the over all process.
As any process it wasn't easy but Kevin made it easier as he was always email or phone call away. He never got frustrated with us asking a lot of questions even though a lot of time we asked the same questions over and over.
Kevin always got back to me in a timely manner, and patiently went over the different payment amounts for differing amortization amounts.
Very easy to deal with pleasant and always happy to help.
