Quick, efficient communication
As an existing 4 year customer, had confidence to go through a refi with Allied and successfully get to the closing. Staff and the technology provided helped to facilitate a "great" experience.
Kevin communicated clearly on steps needed from me to be taken. He would be available for my questions as much as possible. He also was able to answer those questions clearly and made the overall process in getting into a mortgage pleasant.
