We were just emailed documents and advised to sign. There wasn't any follow-up or the ability to ask questions. The team was great and always very nice. Just seemed to be so busy that there wasn't enough time to take the time to explain documents....

Communicate within your group. We had to send the same documents several times even though we sent it through the portal. Don’t talk/lie about clients to others. You never know how they are related.
