i Was a sellers agent and the buyers were working with Kevin.
kevin did everything that was needed on time and very professional

The loan process was very easy! We sent what was needed to Kevin and he took care of everything!
Any and all questions were answered promptly, Kevin was very helpful during the whole process. Even had a backup plan just in case our USDA loan didn't work. Very intuitive of him. Obviously the Guild team knows what they are doing. Highly...
