    I think communication could have been better. Things explained more clearly and what exactly underwriting needed could have saved some time, energy and been less suspenseful or stressful.

    Kevin was a great ! He called within minutes of me asking him a question, spent time in person going over paperwork, and explained everything very well for a first time home buyer! Very straight forward and reliable !
