It was fast an easy.
I enjoyed dealing with Kevin, because I know we could trust his decisions on our behalf. Made the process less stressful.

It was a lot of underwriting. Once I got them something another thing was needed and on and on. Not necessarily Kevin's fault. The end numbers were not what we expected, but didn't want to muddy the waters again and start over.
