Kevin was friendly and a reliable resource as we navigated home buying in a sellers market and in the city of Chicago. It was very different than our experience buying before and Kevin was a thoughtful and helpful resource throughout.

Kevin was helpful. He was able to explain the monthly payments and mortgage payments as things changed through out the process. He helped when the grant money had trouble with wiring.
