He was prompt on getting information out to everyone. I happen to have two other NAF lenders I work with and that was the only reason I rated him a 4 in the other categories. Nothing against Kevin, whatsoever. He was great.

I would like the loan to have been fully handled and there were things to get involved with e.g. Liens from prior helocs that I thought NAF should have just handled without involving me
