Kent was incredibly open and available at all times
Kent spoke with me for our initial call on a Saturday to get the pre approval letter started. The onlne interface was easy to esign docs to make the process go quickly we did close within 30 days
From my initial weekend call (which Kent responded to), through close Kent and his team were courteous and attentive making the process very easy. Only high praise for all invovled throughout the process.
