I really appreciate being able to speak with Kenny at any point in time. And i liked the quick responses from the txfulldoc team. I also liked that my underwriter, Derek, was available and would return calls quickly.

This has absolutely nothing to do with my AE. Kenny is second to none, he returns calls and is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Also, if he doesn't know something, he will say "I don't know" but will get back to me with an answer....
