Compared to many other lenders and found the best outcome for our refi with Planet Home Lending.
Ken was great and easy to deal with. I was not pleased with the other people from Planet home lending. They messed up the paperwork several times and almost made me miss closing.
Ken did an excellent job front to back. He was always available via phone call, email and even text. He made the process smooth as can be and I am super pleased that I had him to guide me through my refinance. Thanks Ken!
