It took the Title company 5 times after signing-off to the paper work.

the process team doing the back end work are slow. Kenneth was ok with emails and responding but the company & team he work for need major improvement
I had great communication and the process was easy.
Refinanced our home for a lower rate. A few phone calls and emails later the notary came to our house. We signed the papers and saved roughly $200 a month. Ken was great work with and this process couldn’t have been easier!
