Everything was explained very detailed to me and was able to understand. Good customer service.
I specifically told Kenneth that I wanted my escrow refunded to ME and NOT applied towards the balance of my new loan!!! I just realized that the paperwork shows it is NOT coming back to me as requested and was applied to the new loan balance....
