The speed of which it took to complete the process and with curtesy of everyone from the person who came to the house and did the signing of papers to the final e-mail!

Simple, clean and quick.
From the start with Kenneth to receiving documents to signing with the notary Mr. Cobbs everything went as explained/expected an completed within the time frame provided.
Better communication
Even though the process took over 3 months, Kenneth was very communicative during the process. He let us know of any changes and delays, his timely notifications made us feel at ease.
The process from start to finish took almost 6 months to the day.
Mr. Laudante was great to work with... the closing was fine..
However no info on when it actually closed. As of today.
My husband and Kenneth took care of everything!
