The knowledge of the individuals assisting me
Ken did a wonderful job responding to our questions in a timely manner and was incredibly professional and pleasant!
I am very satisfied with the service provided now and in the past
Appraisal was difficult as there did not seem to be consideration for use of alternative. Delay of closing. Final approval was similar to appraisal. Final funding release did not occur prior to close of business day.
I was so pleased about how quickly and smoothly everything went. I was expecting this to require me to be far more involved than I was. But they took care of everything. Thank you!
