Our experience was great from the initial conversation to the completed process. Ken kept us informed and guided us step by step from phone calls to required paperwork, in a friendly and professionally manner.
He was very responsive and explained everything I needed.
Everything was handled as expected
Quick replies and led us through each step of the process. He didn’t make us feel like just a number or a client: understood this was a big investment for us.
Seemed like it took alot to get this done and I am still not sure where we are ar with this loan.
